Beauregard Lofts

These are pictures of Loft A which is the only downstairs loft.  This loft is around 1,600 square feet and rents for $1,900 per month.  This loft is unique due to the fact that it is the only loft with a separate bedroom.  It has granite countertops, gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.  The HE washer and dryer are located in the large walk-in closet that is located in the bedroom.
